My clients favourite thing about having a hypnosis session is taking the time to reset and relax.

 

We "park" the chatterbox conscious mind to one side. 

It is so relaxing to finally take a break from the racing thoughts. 

It is such a fantastic way to give the nervous system a break.

The process of being gently guided into hypnosis and the trance (much like meditation or just before you

drift off to sleep) is so relaxing and peaceful.

During the session we can achieve so much. 

We switch your nervous system from "fight, flight, freeze or fawn" into

"rest and digest" where is should be the majority of the time.

 

This is extremely restorative on its own. 

 

Then we can find and release any past issues or contributing events.

 

We look at the underlying limiting beliefs that are causing the symptoms of the stress and overwhelm and release them.  We  also get into the belief systems that you have that are contributing to those feelings to help you manage your thoughts and to think more helpful better feeling thoughts.

We then can reprogramme a new set of beliefs rather like uploading an update on your phone!

Then we can equip you with tools moving forward to help avoid stress and overwhelm in the future.
