7 Categories for your Affirmations

I like to have at least 7 affirmations that I read out nightly before bed for maximum manifesting power.


I like to think of affirmations in 7 categories:

  1. Financial situation

  2. Business/Career

  3. Fun Times

  4. Health and Fitness

  5. Relationships

  6. Personal

  7. Contribution/Legacy

  1. Financial Situation

This may be how much you'd like to see in your bank account. Manifesting cheques coming in the mail. Remember to be specific with the amount you'd like to see and ideally set a date on it.


I am so happy and grateful that I am effortlessly earning____________ from _________________ so I can pay back my_____________by __________2022 and am up for so much more of it.


2. Business/Career

These are different if you have your own business or if you work for someone else.

If it's your own business you can be very specific on how many clients you want or how much you'd like to be depositing into your business bank account.


If you work for someone it might be around getting a new more fulfilling job, a promotion, nailing a big presentation, or getting on better with a difficult co-worker or your boss!


I am so happy and grateful that I am excelling as a leader at my new job.


3. Fun Times

What trips, holidays, and experiences would you like to have? Are you a climb Mount Everest sort of person? Or a meditation retreat in Bali person - or both! I'm sure you can really get creative with all your dream destinations and experiences. Swimming with sharks? Taking a photo from the top of the Eiffel Tower? Eating pizza at the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Let your imagination run completely wild here.


I am so happy and grateful to be relaxing in stunning_________with ____________on ______________2022.


4. Health and Fitness

Remember to be very specific. What is your ideal weight, when do you want to be experiencing it by. What would you have to do to get there?


Your affirmations could be around:

"I am so happy and grateful that I love going to the gym as it makes me feel so energised!"

"I am so happy and grateful that I enjoy eating vegetables, they are so delicious and nurture my body and my mind."

"I am so happy and grateful that I adore stretching at my early morning yoga class, my body loves me for it."


Guess what, if you say it enough, your mind and body start to believe it!


5. Relationships

We all have relationships that we want to see changes in. It could be parents, husband, wife, partner, boss, child, mother in law. Focus on how you want to FEEL when you talk to them next.


Try this fill in the blank affirmation:


I am today so happy and grateful that I am experiencing a wonderful loving relationship with my_____________, I’m only experiencing happiness and delight when I hear their voice on the phone.


6. Personal


This one could be around fears, phobias, getting rid of bad habits like smoking etc. Remember to be specific and focus on the POSITIVE FEELING.


OK: I have stopped smoking

BETTER: I am now living a smoke-free life and it feels amazing to breathe fresh, clean air.


OK: I am so happy and grateful that I am not afraid of swimming in the sea.

BETTER: I am so happy and grateful that I find swimming in the sea so relaxing and fun.


7. Contribution/Legacy

This is a great one to finish off your list. What do you want to leave as your legacy? How do you want to contribute to the world? You are unique and wonderful and do have something to offer and something to leave behind. Give this one some real power and let your imagination go wild. Where and who do you want to have made an impact on in this world.


I am so happy and grateful to have unlimited wealth so I can help the less fortunate in the world.
